Merry Christmas from our family (or families, as the case may be) to yours! It’s a privilege to be able to spend time with loved ones over the holidays.
We enjoyed eating Swedish meatballs and singing “Silent Night” by candlight at Riverwood Community Chapel with the Asps on Christmas Eve (plus a breakfast on the 26th, to get some time as a whole family after sickness had passed from the one branch of the family who had to excuse themselves on the 24th).
And then we enjoyed eating two kinds of pie, putting on a family Talent Show, and watching “While You Were Sleeping” with the Andersons on Christmas Day.
We all got to open some really fun, useful presents. We got to eat a lot of good food. And we got to celebrate the fact that God came to bring Peace on Earth and Good Will to Men!
